❃ Talent Meet Exchange Event – Vietnamese Startup Landing and Ecosystem Resources ❃ To promote the mindset that startups should aim to enter international markets from day one and to prepare for internationalization, this project advances the “Talent Meet International and Industry Connection Service” initiative. It connects experts with international and industry experience to serve as startup mentors, including corporate managers from large enterprises, venture capitalists and angel investors, startup community managers, and other expert consultants. Through the mentors’ business networks and experience, the project assists startups that intend to develop or are initially entering international markets, strengthening their market entry strategies and network resources. Each Talent Meet exchange session is designed around a different country market theme, inviting three startup mentors to participate. During the event, a round-table format is used to provide ample time for mutual exchange between mentors and startups. Following the event, if both parties are interested in collaboration, a separate one-on-one consensus meeting will be arranged to discuss growth strategies, mentoring periods, and shared goals.
